Let’s talk about psychedelics!
The Psychedelic Law Salon is a European-based academic online space for exchanging thoughts and ideas on the legal, regulatory, and societal aspects of psychedelics in a warm and constructive atmosphere. We are hosting online conversations about new developments, ideas, legal cases, and policy proposals in this fast-moving field, including:
- The role of law and legal professionals in shaping psychedelic governance.
- Regulation and oversight of medical psychedelics and related therapies.
- Regulation, tolerance, and prohibition of non-medical psychedelics.
- International drug control conventions – interpretation, reform, contestation
- Human rights, constitutional law, and questions of access, autonomy, and equality.
- Criminal law and criminology perspectives on psychedelics.
- Socio-legal and sociological approaches to psychedelic law and practice.
- Comparative domestic regulatory developments, litigation and emerging case law.
Our main audience are professionals from academia, law, medicine, policy, regulation, and related institutions. If you are interested in joining our mailinglist, please drop us an email with a sentence about you to: psylawsalon [at] gmail.com
Looking forward to discussing with you!
